Crisis-Respite Services is for those who are not current residents and are in need of immediate intensive support services. These are short-term stays while the client is being treated and cared for medical or mental health services. Services may be an option for those in-between facilities as well.
Roommate and Group Living Options our integrated community supports program offers clients the opportunity to live in a residential setting with semi-independence alongside a diverse population while receiving services. Using our RUMI roommate finder, the client can also find people to live with them with that experience similar life challenges.
Person-Centered Planning is an ongoing process to help people plan for their future. The focus of planning is on the individual and their vision for the future. The process also engages others around the person who knows them best. With the person and their identified support network (this could be their case manager, family members of guardian), the facilitator meets to discuss opportunities for the below.
