Though we do offer volunteering opportunities during our scheduled clientele events and outreach, know that you are valued and will be compensated at a fair wage for Minnesota standard of living as comparable to similar fields.

We offer training and employment opportunities that help develop the skills needed to advance in a variety of industries such as healthcare, therapy, and social services. It is our goal to support our staff reach their person development goals in their field of interest and will cater tasks and jobs around these goals 

Beginning soon, we will be implementing remote service delivery options for our clients, enabling employees to work either in-person, remotely or a combinations of the two. We will be offering this flexibility starting with current employees of more than six months and expanding from there
